Any information collected during the order submission process is kept strictly confidential. This includes your name, address, email, and phone number. Your credit card data is archived with your invoice, as over 75% of our customers prefer to just email us to "pull the trigger" and place new orders. We're happy to delete any archived customer data upon request.
We take your security and privacy seriously and your information is NEVER SHARED with anyone outside of our shop, as we expect for reputable companies to keep our personal data secure and private when we shop online.
The only extraneous use of your email will be to add you to OUR OWN mailing list, and we're very careful that at the bottom of EVERY mailing of our monthly specials includes an "unsubscribe" link in case you wish to no longer receive our special updates.

Website Security Affidavit

Instead of having a cheap website on some rinky-dink shared server setup that can be compromised much easier, the Cal-Sportbike website resides on Todd Robinson's secure dedicated server in a data center with vault-level security. Security architecture features are monitored by an active server admin staff so that we are certain our customer's data is kept secure.
In the history of Cal-Sportbike's online operations (since Spring 2002) we have never had a breach of our security compromise any customer data.
